Tablet:
2.5mg diphenoxylate/0.025mg atropine

2.5mg diphenoxylate/0.025mg atropine per 5ml

Adult:
5mg (2 tablets) four times daily, taper dose as tolerated

Child:
0.3-0.4mg/kg daily in 4 divided doses
