acidic pH for absorption, therefore do not take with antacids.

with food to increase absorption and decrease GI adverse effects.

Notify
healthcare provider is patient experiences anorexia, fatigue,
jaundice, darkened urine or pale stools, due to possible liver
dysfunction.

Concomitant
use with alcohol may lead to a disulfiram-like reaction.
